Waivers

Ranch History
Childs Place started in 1973 with 25 acres.The first two buffalo were purchased in 1979. In 1995, horseback riding was brought to the ranch. A zip line and mechanical bull were also added for more family enjoyment.
The Daniels family purchased the ranch in November, 2007. The Buffalo Ranch has approximately 45 head of buffalo and 240 acres of land. We have wagon rides that go into the pasture to see and feed the buffalo. We also have wranglers to guide you on horseback through our scenic trails.
The Buffalo Ranch is like the Old West but right here in Southern Michigan.
